How to install and maintain oil loading arm?

1.Installation operation of loading arm for oil handling:

a.Check the integrity of the oil tank. The fireproof cover of the oil truck is qualified and effective. Check the static grounding wire to make sure it is in good contact and clamped in place.

b.The static grounding wire should be connected before unloading the oil; do a good job of stabilizing the oil and standing as required; do a good job of sealing the unloading port, reducing oil and gas escape measures and other related work.

c.When loading and unloading oil, the  loading arm inserted into the vehicle should be vertical. When inserted into the bottom of the oil tank, the insertion and extraction speed should not exceed 1 meter / second.

d.Put the oil spill probe to the safe height of the oil tank mouth.

e.Operate or control the oil receiving and sending switch according to the requirements of the oil receiving and sending system.

f.After the loading arm loading and unloading operation is completed, the oil should be exhausted and the remaining oil should be emptied to put the tank mouth into position.

g.Remove the static line and check the reset of other equipment before the vehicle is allowed to leave.

loading arm maintenance:

(1)When it is found that the loading arm joint has obvious leakage, it should stop working, put the stored oil, and then it can be disassembled and inspected.,In general, you should first check whether the sealing ring is aging, worn, and whether the sealing port is damaged.If the damage should be repaired by grinding, etc., after the grinding can not guarantee the matching size and matching accuracy should be replaced.Generally, fragile and deteriorating aging parts have a certain number of spare parts when they are shipped from the factory to facilitate users' use.

(2)When the rotation is not flexible, you should check whether the rotating matching parts are well lubricated. If it is caused by lack of oil, it should be filled with lubricating oil (grease) at regular intervals (once a quarter).

(3)For disassembly and assembly, regardless of whether the parts are replaced or not, the pressure test should be carried out according to the factory inspection standard after reassembly. The specific specification is that the test pressure is 0.6Mpa, and the rotating parts are rotated to achieve flexible operation without leakage or leakage. Qualified, re-enabled.

(4)Check the appearance of the loading arm every six months, and repair the areas where the surface is rusted or the paint is damaged.
