The closed top loading arm consists of five rotating joints, a rotary mechanism, four liquid phases, and one gas phase.The gas phase is generally DN50, and the liquid phase is selected according to the flow rate required by the customer.The gas phase is connected at the transfer using a metal hose to ensure the flexibility of the crane tube.The liquid phase interface of the loading arm is facing downward, and the gas phase interface is facing upwards. Generally, the gas phase will be aggregated on one main pipe.If a single unit is emptied, a flame arrester with a rain cap is required to prevent the pipe from entering the ignition source.There is a conical sealing cap on the vertical pipe. When loading, the vertical pipe is inserted into the top of the tank car, and the sealing cap is compacted at the filling port.Locking the outer arm locking lever(Or the cylinder is pressed tightly.
