The AW-GC-2543 loading arm homing position is suitable for loading the AL2543 bottom loading arm . It is mainly equipped with a quantitative loading control system to automatically detect whether the loading arm is in the process of being used.At the same time, it outputs general dry contact signals to the quantitative loading controller, PLC and DCS to achieve effective loading safety interlocking control and effective loading safety interlocking control.The homing position provides liquid-phase loading arm and gas-phase loading arm homing detection. It is installed on the short-arm locking device of the liquid phase and gas phase of the loading arm column. When the loading arm is hooked into the locking device, the sensor of the homing device can accurately and reliably judge whether the loading arm is locked, thereby detecting whether the loading arm is in position.The equipment complies with the relevant safety standards and is suitable for the loading of vehicles with flammable, explosive and other liquid petrochemical products.
