AW-VP type voice prompt controller, mainly supporting quantitative loading control system,Voice prompts for the process during loading, and voice alarms for various safety alarms during loading.It adopts RS485 communication mode, provides MODBUS RTU protocol, supports up to 200 voice contents, and is controlled by quantitative loading controller, PLC and DCS.It facilitates the driver's operation and enhances the safety alarm during the loading process.

The equipment complies with the relevant safety standards, and is especially suitable for the loading of vehicles with frequent turnover of liquid petrochemical products such as flammable and explosive.

The device adopts the open and standard ModbusRTU communication protocol, which can accept the control of various general control devices such as touch screen, various types of PLC, MCU, and host computer; the controller can select and broadcast up to 200 voices through the standard ModbusRTU communication protocol.Users can record 200 different voices according to the on-site situation, so as to fully meet the voice broadcast of each link of the loading process. This device can also be used for remote communication control through an explosion-proof 485 base station.
