The AW-SL2543 loading arm connection detector is mainly equipped with a quantitative loading control system, which detects the connection device between the AL2543 loading arm quick connector and the tank truck connector,Output the general dry contact signal to the quantitative loading controller, PLC and DCS, and be controlled by the quantitative loading controller, PLC and DCS to achieve effective loading safety interlock control.

The equipment complies with the relevant safety standards, and is especially suitable for the loading of vehicles with frequent turnover of liquid petrochemical products such as flammable and explosive.

Features:

1. This device is the associated connection equipment of the quantitative loading controller. The AL2543 loading arm connection detector is an intrinsically safe device. Its function is mainly to detect whether the quick connector of the loading arm is reliably linked with the tank truck connector and locked reliably.

The moving block is installed inside the lock pin of the loading joint of the loading arm (the lock pin must use the lock pin with the detection head ).
