Working principle and structure
The flowmeter uses a structure similar to that of a turbine flowmeter, and the rotor portion that senses the flow is completely different. The spiral wheel flowmeter uses a two-bladed spiral rotor, and the rotational speed in the true working state is proportional to the flow velocity (volumetric flow) of the fluid. The special structure of the spiral impeller makes it less sensitive to changes in the viscosity of the fluid during flow measurement and almost insensitive to changes in fluid density
