Control valve

Pneumatic two-stage control valve has very good switching characteristics, which can ensure the measurement accuracy when the fluid trade is transferred. The quick exhaust and throttling functions are used in the actuator to slow the opening and closing of the valve, so that the fluid in the pipeline changes smoothly, and the water hammer caused by the impact will not cause the flammable fluid to explode, nor will it be impacted. It can damage the flowmeter and other instruments in the system, so it is suitable for flow control systems in petroleum, chemical, light industry, national defense and other industries. It is especially suitable for oil storage and transportation systems.

The pneumatic two-stage control valve provides a three-position operation mode of 0°-45°-90° or 0°-90°-180°. The middle position is achieved by the movement of two auxiliary pistons to generate a mechanical brake. This middle position is adjustable, such as the 900 stroke actuator can provide 20°, 30°, 50°, 75° and other intermediate positions.
